The information resource center is located in a new and modern 4-storey separate building. The information resource center has general and special classrooms on each floor and has 208 seats, as well as an electronic classroom equipped with 20 modern computers for readers, 6 computers and 2 scanners for staff. and photocopiers are provided. On the 2nd floor of the information resource center, a special interactive classroom with 94 seats has been created and equipped with modern information and communication equipment. In the upper part of the center there is an event hall with 154 seats.

This event hall has all the possibilities for holding events with the help of all modern information technologies. The cooling system of the building works regularly, cool in winter and cool in summer. In connection with the opening of the university, a number of important events are being organized in this event hall right after the visits of our honorable president, including the meeting of the board of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, which was organized in this center, and all the participants of the event were informed about the activities of the center. given

The general fund of the information-resource center is 79,700 copies in 53,070 titles, of which textbooks in 128 titles in 619 copies, study guides in 348 titles in 1,210 copies, fiction in 1,237 titles in 2,749 copies, scientific literature in 24,293 titles in 40,089 copies, and other literature in 27,073 titles. Makes 35033 copies. The number of members of the information resource center is 2774 in total, and the number of users is 3122 in total on a monthly basis. 2541 of them are students and 581 are professors and staff. The number of ARM book circulations is 5127 per month.

In the information resource center, it is possible to connect to and use the international scientific databases Springer, Web of Science, Scopus, SciVal, Dslib and the electronic resources of the National Library. In order to automate the processes of providing information and library services of the center, a collective electronic catalog was created and all literature in the open fund (5291 titles), 358 dissertations and abstracts were included. At present, works of introducing scientific and educational literature from the library's closed fund into the system are being carried out regularly.

During 2020-2024, a total of 1140 foreign educational and scientific literatures in 514 titles were purchased. The Information Resource Center is equipped with all the necessary material and equipment to provide automated modern and high-quality service. We can include the following in the list of material equipment base: Special RFID chips for book indexing (20,000 units), screening device for use in reader service (Unibook reader SHF 2 units and Unibook Sheildid HF 2 units), reading tickets for readers as special RFID cards, a special Evolis Zenius printer for printing reading cards, a reader device for automated organization of inventory processes, a special RFID protection system, 22 monoblocks for readers and 2 info kiosks for readers to use the library collection independently. There are also 7 computers, 2 printers and scanners, and 2 interactive whiteboards for use during presentations.

The information resource center has a special room for users with physical disabilities and the blind on the 1st floor, and all the conditions have been created in it. Currently, the information resource center has established cooperation relations with many higher educational institutions of our country. Since the center was one of the first in our country to establish automated information and library services based on modern technologies, it is being studied with interest by many higher education institutions, for example, Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers and Tashkent Information resource center employees of universities of information technologies are visiting and exchanging information.
