THE FAMOUS BRITISH GEOLOGIST WAS HONORED WITH THE TITLE OF “HONORARY PROFESSOR OF THE UNIVERSITY”.
On October 13 of this year, Professor Reimar Selttman visited the University of Geological Sciences.
The guest was greeted with cordial hospitality by the rector of the University Maqsud Isoqov and vice-rectors. The rector of the university congratulated Professor Reimar Selttman on his visit and expressed his deep gratitude for the seminars he held with students of University of Geological Sciences last academic year, and honored him with the title of “Honorary Professor of the University of Geological Sciences”.
At the end of the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the University of Geological Sciences and the “National History Museum”.
Professor Selttman expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of Mining and Geology and the leadership of the University of Geological Sciences for their sincere invitation and cooperation, and wished that such cooperation would continue for many years.
For information: Professor Reimar Selteman, a famous British geologist with an H-index above 40 in the field of world geology and a professor at the London Museum of Nature, visited the University of Geological Sciences at the beginning of the year. An agreement was reached with the rector of the university,
